About Us

We're Rollies, and we've been a premier ice cream shop in Florence, AL since 2019. We specialize in providing the freshest ice cream and teas in town. We offer rolled ice cream, dairy-free ice cream, boba, and fruit teas. Our ice cream is handmade daily from scratch using the freshest ingredients and is never pre-frozen. Our goal is to provide a family-fun atmosphere where you can relax and enjoy delicious desserts. We're looking forward to partnering with Killen, Tuscumbia, and Muscle Shoals consumers to continue to offer a premier ice cream shop experience. Rollie's is our favorite place for fruity boba tea! The atmosphere and decor inside is designed to appeal to college-age and young adults, which is perfect for us (my kids are 23y.o. and down). We have been quite a few times and are determined to try as many combos of tea + popping pearls as we can. Their rolled ice cream is also very delicious, and they have creative presentation. It's fascinating to watch them put the bowl together; the counter has a clear window so you can see everything as it's being made. We hope to come back again and again!
